人工智能时代企业管理变革的逻辑与分析框架

人工智能作为社会发展和技术创新的产物,已经成为新一轮科技创新和产业变革的核心驱动力,正在对世界经济、社会进步和人民生活产生极其深刻的影响。人工智能的商业应用会改变企业内部运作和生产经营的过程,为企业管理带来了诸多挑战和变革机遇。本文结合人工智能的特征与发展趋势,从管理对象、管理属性、管理决策和管理伦理四个方面对人工智能时代企业管理变革的逻辑进行了梳理,得出如下推论:第一,人工智能时代,被管理者将出现越来越多的"人工智能员工",以"社会人"为中心的管理理论和管理手段的适用性降低,如何管理"人工智能员工"以及协调人类员工与智能机器人的关系将对管理者提出挑战;第二,人工智能时代,管理属性不仅包括管理理论的科学性、管理实践的艺术性,还包括管理过程的技术性;第三,人工智能时代,将出现一批优秀的技术管理者,此时,技术管理者指的不是管理技术的人,而是掌握智能技术的管理者;第四,人工智能时代,管理者的决策环境得到优化,管理活动中的决策准则将由"满意决策"过渡为"最优决策";第五,人工智能时代,管理手段的智能化发展可能会加剧管理效率和管理伦理的冲突,管理者必须提升管理道德,经营过程中强化社会责任的履行;第六,随着人工智能技术发展,政府、社会团体和行业协会有必要从政策、法律与行业标准等多个方面构建人工智能发展伦理的多层次约束机制。     

重大突发公共卫生事件中的中小企业多维度社会责任问题探索

企业承担必要的社会责任是企业自身伦理道德的内在要求。肺炎疫情这一重大突发公共卫生事件给中国及世界经济造成了极大的冲击和影响，这就更需要中小企业在这个特殊时期肩负起更大的社会责任。梳理了企业社会责任的相关文献，并从社会、员工、消费者、供应商等维度研究了中小企业在重大突发公共卫生事件时期应当承担的社会责任。     

How does BREXIT affect production patterns of multinational enterprises?

This paper explores how the British exit from the European Union (EU) potentially affects the United Kingdom (UK) economy and the production patterns of multinational enterprises that choose the UK as either a destination market or a gateway to the EU market. Utilizing an extended version of the knowledge-capital model, which includes six types of firms and four countries grouped into market and non-market, simulation analysis reveals that efforts to enhance attractiveness of the UK as a destination market to increase horizontal-type inward foreign direct investment would be a solution to cover losses from reduction in the number of export-platforms.     

企业民主制度建设略论

经济民主是社会主义民主的重要组成部分，企业作为市场经济的重要主体，在企业中建立企业民主制度是社会主义市场经济的客观要求，同时也是社会主义民主的内在要求。但企业民主制度在建设过程中面临着许多困境和问题，文章试图结合这些问题探讨企业民主制度建设的相关路径，以期能够更好地完善我国企业民主制度建设。     

财税政策促进中小微企业发展的有效性分析--以绍兴市为例

中小微企业的发展不管是对就业、创新，还是对经济发展都非常重要，但中小微企业的健康发展也需要政府财税政策的支持。以员工增长率、总资产增长率、销售收入增长率、息税前利润率等四项指标作为财税政策支持中小微企业发展效果的检验变量，以绍兴市的中小微企业为观测样本，通过非参数检验方法论证并证实了不同组别四个检验变量的分布存在显著差异，说明财税政策有效地促进中小微企业发展。     

水质预报系统的MPI+OpenMP并行优化研究

OpenMP(Open Multi-Processing)能够在共享存储环境中获得理想的并行性能,MPI＋OpenMP混合并行编程模型更贴近于多核心集群的体系结构。在多核心集群上进行实验,混合模型相对串行程序可缩短95%的运算时间,加速比超过20。实验结果表明,该混合模型比纯MPI并行的系统具有更优的加速比和扩展性,是对纯MPI并行系统的一种改进。     

基于组合赋权UM的煤炭企业人员流失风险评价

针对煤炭企业人员流失风险的复杂性和不确定性,建立了基于组合赋权未确知测度(UM)的综合评价模型。在应用AHM-信息熵确定风险评价因素权重的基础上,采用未确知测度方法对煤炭企业内不同职能的人力资源进行分析,评价出风险等级。最后运用实例证明了组合赋权的有效性和评价模型的可靠性,为企业的风险管理提供决策依据。     

Self as enterprise: digital disability practices of entrepreneurship and employment in the wave of ‘Internet + disability’ in China

ABSTRACT

Situated in China’s neoliberal context and its rapid development of information communication technologies (ICTs), this study aimed to examine how disabled people in China transformed themselves into new self-enterprising subjects in the wave of ‘Internet?+?Disability.’ In order to answer this question, this study tried to develop an analytical framework to illustrate the disability practices that situated in the ICTs and neoliberal context, underpinned by the discourse of ‘self as enterprise,’ and demonstrated by the practices of entrepreneurship and employment. Based on the research design of case studies and methods that included ethnographic participant observation and in-depth interviews, this study explained how a disabled entrepreneur, Mr. Yuan, took advantage of the wave of ‘Internet?+?Disability’ to realize his dream of entrepreneurship and face the uncertainties of a precarious entrepreneurship. It also explained how Mr. Yuan’s employees achieved their dreams of employment but suffered the precariousness of enterprising subjects.     

为钻头选型的地层模糊聚类研究

本文用模栩聚类分析方法探讨燎合考虑地层多种岩性下的地层分爽.以17种不同地层为例，分析了其模栩相容拒阵的建立方法并给出其聚类圈.讨论了绿合考虑地层多种若性下的钻头选型。     

Rare and clustered population estimation using the adaptive cluster sampling with some robust measures

The use of robust measures helps to increase the precision of the estimators, especially for the estimation of extremely skewed distributions. In this article, a generalized ratio estimator is proposed by using some robust measures with single auxiliary variable under the adaptive cluster sampling (ACS) design. We have incorporated tri-mean (TM), mid-range (MR) and Hodges-Lehman (HL) of the auxiliary variable as robust measures together with some conventional measures. The expressions of bias and mean square error (MSE) of the proposed generalized ratio estimator are derived. Two types of numerical study have been conducted using artificial clustered population and real data application to examine the performance of the proposed estimator over the usual mean per unit estimator under simple random sampling (SRS). Related results of the simulation study show that the proposed estimators provide better estimation results on both real and artificial population over the competing estimators.
